Dear customers, 

Following the Prime Minister's announcements, we would like to reassure you that our activity will be maintained in accordance with our service and delivery commitments.

Concerning our Pickup point network, three quarters of our network located in the lockdown departments will remain available.
Our tools have been and will be regularly updated with the list of open Pickup points. 
For the Pickup points that will close tonight, notifications have been sent to the recipients to invite them to collect their parcels today. 
Packages that were supposed to be delivered to these Pickup points will be redirected to an open location. Recipients will be notified of the new delivery locations.
