Following the announcements of the President of the Republic, we would like to reassure you that our activity will be maintained in accordance with our commitments in terms of services and deadlines.
Concerning our Pickup point network, more than 80% of our network remains available. Our tools have been and will be regularly updated with the list of open Pickup points.
Parcels that were supposed to be delivered to Pickup points that are now closed will be redirected to an open location. Consignees will be notified of new delivery locations.
