Ramadan
Ramadan, currently in progress until May 13th/14th, 2021, changes working hours in several countries. This may result in delays in deliveries, collections and customs clearance. The main countries concerned are Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Morocco and Mayotte. 

COVID-19 : some destinations are still subject to sanitary restrictions
Overseas territories:
Destination not served: Wallis and Futuna
Africa : 
Destination not served: Comoros
Disturbed destination: Mauritius (customs clearance and delivery times may be longer) and Morocco (delivery times extended by 24 hours following the suspension of commercial flights between France and Morocco)

Other

Sweden: customs clearance and the delivery of taxable air shipments may be slowed down until Thursday 29/04
