Dear customers,
Due to COVID-19 epidemic, Chronopost maintains its shipments all around the world.
However, some destinations are subject to delivery delays or cannot be delivered until further notice :

Overseas Collectivities : 
- Suspended parcel shipments : Wallis and Futuna

In Africa: 
- Suspended parcel shipments: Comoros, Guinea Bissau, Libya, Seychelles, Somalia and Sao Tome and Principe
- Restrictions : South Africa (only medical and sanitary equipment can be sent and delivered. Other shipments will be delivered as soon as the restrictions are lifted)

In America : 
- Suspended parcel shipments : Argentina and Bolivia
- Restrictions or significant delays in delivery: United States (alcohol can no longer be shipped), Argentina, Canada, Dominican Republic and Uruguay (significant delays in delivery and some areas are no longer delivered), Bahamas and Aruba (only medicines can be delivered),  Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Uruguay (significant delay in delivery)

In Asia :
- Suspended parcel shipments: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Uzbekistan
- Restrictions: Singapore (only residential addresses are delivered)

In Europe: 
- Suspended parcel shipments: Armenia, Northern and Greenland 
- Delivery delays and suspension of certain areas: Bulgaria and Portugal (no delivery to Ovar)

In the Middle East : 
- Suspended parcel shipments: Iraq, Iran

For the rest of the world, Chronopost maintains its activities. However, delays may occur.
