Dear customers, 

Following the announcements of the President of France, we wanted to reassure you that we will maintain our activity in accordance with our service commitments and deadlines.
Our services are also maintained abroad. 

Concerning our Pickup Point network, two thirds of the network will remain available for delivery.
Our tools have been and will be regularly updated with the list of open Pickup Points. 

For the Pickup Points that will close this evening, notifications have been sent to recipients inviting them to pick up their parcels this morning. 
Parcels that are not picked up today will be stocked in the location during its closure. 

Parcels that were supposed to be delivered to these Pickup Points will be redirected to an open Pickup Point. Recipients will be notified of the new delivery locations.
