Dear customers,

The international news is likely to impact your deliveries.

Social movements

Following strikes and demonstrations, traffic in Guadeloupe, especially in the areas of Sainte Anne, Sainte Rose and the south of Basse Terre, is heavily disrupted which could have an impact on the collections and deliveries of the island. The packages that couldn’t be delivered are stored in the Agency and will be delivered as soon as possible.

Traffic is also slowed down in Martinique in the sectors of Fort de France, Lamentin, Ducos and Schoelcher due to blockades of industrial sites.

COVID-19
The announcement of a general lockdown in Austria from November 22 to December 13, 2021 will disrupt collections and deliveries in the country.
Only stores selling food or health products will be able to remain open during this period.

Volcanic eruption
The eruption of the Teneguia volcano on the island of Palma (Canary Islands) may still disrupt collections and deliveries.

We invite you to follow the delivery of your parcels on www.chronopost.fr

All Chronopost teams remain mobilized to assist you during this period.
