United Kingdom: the storm Barra disturbs pick-ups and deliveries, particularly in the following areas: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Seaside of the country as well as the islands (Jersey, Guernsey, ...)
Schotland (Highland Council) : pick-ups and deliveries in the region are impacted by the recent snowfall. 

Social movements
Guadeloupe and Martinique: the situation is improving but delays in pick-ups and deliveries may persist.

COVID-19
Austria: the lockdown in place until December 13th, 2021 is disturbing pick-ups and deliveries. Only stores selling food and health products are open.
