Dear customers, 
For most deliveries, Chronopost is on time, despite a complex sanitary situation, particularly in the eastern part of France. Despite all the resources used, some of our deliveries can be made within 48 hours.
We are constantly reorganizing our network to minimize these delays and we notify our customers when delay impact them.
Delivery and collect on Saturdays and Sundays are temporarily suspended to allow all our deliverymen to get the necessary rest.
Chronopost is one of the few operators on the market that still delivers 5 days out of 7 throughout the country and is therefore in high demand.
