This all-in-one solution comprises: packaging, express signed for delivery the following day before 1pm throughout mainland France, full tracking of the shipment from drop-off to delivery, and full compensation up to 250 euros per parcel.
It's easy: just place your items in the package with the right format for your shipment. You can choose from 7 packaging formats tailored to your needs. They are all available in our e-shop, at post offices and at Chronopost depots.
It's just as fast: you can still benefit from next day delivery before 1pm or before 10am and from the same services as for a shipment made online.

With Predict, your consignee is in control of the delivery
They receive a notification* allowing them to reschedule delivery to a different date or place. So if they are away when the driver is schedules to arrive , they can make other arrangements.
Is your consignee a company that opens on Saturdays or a private customer? For your shipments sent on Friday, choose Saturday delivery.
We pay the closest attention to your parcels during shipping. Our transport network is highly reliable, from the processing of your parcel to delivering it to your customer. In case of loss or damage, and if Chronopost is found liable, you will be compensated on the basis of either the original value of the goods, the cost of their repair, or the direct charges for reconstitution (documents), within the limit of €250 excluding tax per parcel or €23/kg up to a limit of €690 per parcel for Chrono18, Chrono Classic or Chrono relais Europe services.
For goods with greater added value, we offer you various types of additional insurance, allowing you to cover goods up to €20,000 excluding tax.
As a business customer, you can contact a dedicated customer service team from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 12pm (except bank holidays). We are the first carrier to obtain the NF Customer Relationship Service certification for our handling of key accounts and business customers.

You can register directly online. It's easy, practical, quick and non-binding. You have permanent access to a full range of services thanks to your customized and secured client account.
For payment, you can choose between 3 options: bank card, direct debit or Paypal.
By choosing to pay by direct debit, you can benefit from preferential rates with variable discounts depending on the monthly amount of shipments. The discount is automatically applied from 5 national shipments (from 3% to 35%) and from 2 international shipments (10% to 35%) upwards. With the Bonus Intégral (Full Bonus), enjoy an additional 10% discount if at least one national or international shipment is made during the same month.
