What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged ?
If you're a contracted customer:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery (or 21 days for international shipments), to send us your claim via our online form (which can be accessed from your customer area).
If you're a non-contracted customer:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery (or 21 days for international shipments), to send us your claim via email: service.client@chronopost.fr
If you are the addressee:
Please contact your sender.
