Trackig pixel

When we communicate with you by email, we use technologies known as "tracking pixels". This page explains, in a simple and transparent way, what these tools are, why we use them, and how you can remain in control of your personal data.

What is a tracking pixel?

A tracking pixel is a tiny, nearly invisible image embedded within our emails. When you open one of our messages, the image is loaded and discreetly sends us technical information. This allows us to confirm that the email has been opened, determine when it was viewed, and identify the type of device used to access it (computer, smartphone, etc.).

Why do we use tracking pixels?

In accordance with applicable regulations (the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act, the ePrivacy Directive), and the CNIL recommendation of March 12, 2026, we apply different rules depending on the type of email you receive.

  1. Shipment tracking (Predict Service): When you are expecting a parcel, we send you important notifications (shipment confirmation, delivery date, etc.). These emails are considered transactional emails because they are necessary to provide our service.
    • What is the tracking pixel used for? It enables us to verify whether you have received and viewed the delivery information. If our system detects that the email has not been opened, we will send you an SMS to help ensure successful delivery.
    • Legal basis: As this use is strictly necessary to provide the service you have expressly requested (without any advertising profiling), your prior consent is not required.
  2. News and promotional offers (Marketing Emails): We may also send you marketing communications to inform you about our services. For these emails, we use tracking pixels to measure campaign performance and analyze clicks on the links included in our messages.
    • What is the tracking pixel used for? It helps us understand what interests you so that we can improve the relevance of our future communications.
    • Legal basis: The use of these trackers requires your explicit consent. By default, and unless you actively opt in, these tracking pixels are completely disabled.
  3. How can you manage your preferences and withdraw your consent?
You remain in full control of your email preferences. If you have consented to the use of tracking pixels for our marketing emails, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is immediate and as easy as giving it.
    • With a single click from our emails: A secure opt-out link is available at the bottom (footer) of every marketing email we send. This link allows you to withdraw your consent instantly, without having to log in to an account.

Once you withdraw your consent, we immediately stop using tracking pixels in any future marketing emails sent to you.
