Bad weather
Cyclone Batsirai (level 3 alert) is seriously disturbing pick-ups and deliveries on Mauritius and Reunion Island.

The United States and Canada are affected by winter storm Kenan, which impacts pick-ups and deliveries. 
The regions and states most affected in the United States are: the Northeast Coast, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York City, Hartford, Providence, Philadelphia, Norfolk and Virginia. In Canada, the Maritime provinces of Quebec are the most affected. 

Due to heavy snowfall in Turkey and Greece, pick-ups and deliveries in these regions may be disturbed.

The Chinese New Year impacts pick-ups and deliveries (interruption of customs clearance) in different regions: China (from 31/01 to 05/02) ; Hong Kong and Macau (from 01/02 to 03/02) ; Taiwan and Vietnam (from 31/01 to 04/02).
