Can I get proof of delivery ?
If you are the addressee:
Please contact your sender to obtain proof of delivery of your parcel.
If you are the sender:
- You've created a shipping label online: Go to your customer area, under "my shipments". Select the shipment to access tracking and proof of delivery
- You've sent a "Ready-to-Ship" parcel: Enter your shipping number and enter your code (shown on the "Shipper" slip next to the shipping number.
