It consists of 13 characters: 2 letters + 9 numbers + 2 letters (ex: XX123456789FR) or 15 characters for parcels from abroad.

You should have received it by email or SMS (if not, check in your spam folder or ask your sender for it).

You are the sender: 
The parcel number can be found on the "Shipper's Slip" which you will have kept as proof of drop-off.
