[Update: July 22, 2026]
Dear Customers,
Following the temporary closure of our Bordeaux depot due to a nearby fire, the depot reopened during the night of July 21 to 22.
Deliveries scheduled for this morning are proceeding as normal.
Regarding pickups, we have stepped up processing of yesterday’s parcels, and a rerouting plan to other sites in our network ensures that today’s operations will run smoothly. However, processing delays may occur.
