Customs Clearance Services:
In the event that customs formalities are required, Chronopost will charge customs clearance services (corresponding to processing fees) in addition to applicable duties and taxes*. These charges will be billed according to the current rates based on the destination country and the Incoterm.
- Up to €21 (including tax) per customs declaration in mainland France
- Up to €19 (including tax) per customs declaration in the French overseas departments (noting that the amount is €10 including tax for shipments to individuals when the customs value of the goods is less than €100)
