Your Frequently
Asked Questions

How do I make sense of my Chronopost invoice ?

Your invoice can be found in your Customer Account each month. The direct debit is collected on the 15th of each month for your shipments made in the previous month.

New feature:

As some parcels can cause processing difficulties that cause delays to express delivery, 3 additional charges may appear on your invoice:

Oversized parcels are likely not to be picked up as they may not be handled by one person if they weigh more than 30 kg and/or are longer than 150 cm and/or if the area when opened is greater than 300 cm, and will disrupt our operations. (€45 ex VAT per parcel)
Parcels requiring special handling due to their particular dimensions or shapes undergo individual manual sorting which delays their processing. (€4 ex VAT per parcel)
Parcels delivered to a private home require a longer delivery time for our drivers (vehicle parking, floors, access to the home etc.) (€1.45 ex VAT per parcel)

So if you have a parcel to which any of the above cases apply, without having declared this when ordering on chronopost.fr, as of November 2017 we would be forced to apply a supplementary charge on your end-of-month invoice.
