If your parcel is delivered to a local pickup point, it will be available for :

• 14 days from post offices and Chronopost branches
• 8 days from Pickup Points
• 3 days from Pickup Stations (lockers)

Don't forget to bring an item of identification with you to pick up your parcel. 
You can nominate a person of your choice to pick up your parcel on your behalf with your ID.
If you can't pick up your parcel within these deadlines, it will be returned to the sender.
