Can I get proof of delivery ?

For your shipments made online :

Go to your customer area, under the "Mes envois" section or "My shipments". Select the shipment to access tracking and proof of delivery.




→ If you are a contracted customer : 

Log in to your customer area under the "My shipments" section or directly on Chronotrace.
This free service allows you to view a copy of the delivery slip (in PDF format) with the recipient's stamp or signature.
You can then print or email your digitized proof of delivery, which serves as legal evidence.

Note: In the case of pick-up point collection, the digitized signature is valid.

 

For your Ready-to-Ship parcels or shipments made with a manual shipping label :

Enter your shipment number and provide your code (indicated on the "Sender" slip next to the shipment number).

 

For shipments allowing delivery with a secure code :

Your recipient provided our delivery person with the secure code (received by SMS or email) enabling delivery without a signature.

Proofs of delivery are not immediately available after the delivery of your packages: for shipments within France, you can request your proof of delivery starting the day after delivery.
