Following recent snowfall and restrictions on heavy goods vehicle traffic, most of the country is still experiencing disturbances to parcel delivery and distribution.
In addition, the southwest is also affected by farmers' protests (mainly in the Bayonne, Dax, and Toulouse Nord agencies). These blockades are disrupting parcel collections in particular.
