Dear customers,
Last week, exceptional weather conditions (snow and ice) accompanied by traffic restrictions slowed down our transport network across a large part of France.
We would like to inform you that the situation is improving significantly:
- Resumption of activity: improved weather conditions have allowed us to restart operations across almost the entire country.
- Processing of your parcels: although we are still processing the volumes that accumulated during the bad weather, the situation is quickly returning to normal.
- Pickup points: due to this massive influx of packages delivered simultaneously, some of our pickup points may be temporarily overwhelmed.
- Agricultural protests: despite ongoing social unrest in certain regions, particularly in the southwest, the impact on our network remains very limited.
Our teams are fully mobilized to ensure your deliveries are made as quickly as possible.
