Update 01/19/2024: Following the recent episodes of freezing rain and snow, delivery delays may still occur. Our operational teams are doing their best to get things back to normal by the end of the week.
Dear customers,
Following the recent freezing rain followed by snow over the northern third of France, a traffic restriction was imposed last night in several departments: Calvados (14), Eure (27), Eure-et-Loir (28), Loiret (45), Manche (50), Orne (61) and Seine-Maritime (76).
In these departments, deliveries and pick-ups that cannot be carried out today will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
There are still many traffic restrictions, particularly in the Ile-de-France region and the North-East quarter. Our delivery operations are therefore disturbed throughout the country. There is therefore a risk of delays throughout France.
All our teams are mobilized to minimize the impact of this bad weather.
