Dear customers,
Due to ongoing fires in the Marseille and Narbonne regions, several major roads (including the A55 and A9) are closed to traffic.
These issues may affect your pick-ups and deliveries throughout the Bouches-du-Rhône department (13), as well as parcels handled by our agencies in Narbonne and Perpignan (departments of Aude (11), Hérault (34) and Pyrénées Orientales (66)).
All parcels that cannot be picked up or delivered today will be as soon as the situation allows.
All our teams are working hard to minimize the impact of these fires.
