Dear customers,
Due to an IT incident, customer notifications were disrupted this morning before 10 a.m., particularly the sending of security codes to recipients.
Despite these disruptions, parcels were delivered as planned.
These incidents have been resolved, but there are still delays in data integration on Chronotrace.
We are doing everything we can to restore the situation by tomorrow.
