Dear Customers,
Due to the wildfires in Gironde and Landes, as well as the evacuations ordered by the authorities, our Bordeaux depot (located in Mérignac) is currently closed and inaccessible.
To ensure continuity of service, we are rerouting some of our pickup and delivery operations through the Bordeaux Nord depot, as well as to other locations in our network.
Expected impacts on your shipments:
- Inaccessible areas: Deliveries and pickups are temporarily suspended in areas that have been evacuated or closed to traffic (particularly around Cap Ferret, Le Porge, Biscarrosse, and Lacanau). We encourage you to postpone your shipments to these destinations.
- Processing delays: Additional delays may occur for shipments in the region due to closures of major roadways (particularly the A63 highway, which also affects the Bayonne and Dax areas).
- Packages at the depot : Shipments held at the Bordeaux depot will be processed as a priority as soon as the Prefecture authorizes the site to reopen.
All our teams remain fully mobilized and are doing everything possible to adapt our network as the situation evolves.
