Dear Customers,
Following decisions by the prefectural authorities, the situation is evolving favorably with the progressive reopening of several areas in the Gironde and Landes departments, allowing the official reopening of our Bordeaux depot (located in Mérignac).
To quickly restore smooth traffic flow across the South-West, our operations are organized as follows:
Resumption of activities in Bordeaux: Collection and delivery services resumed today. Parcels held during the depot closure have been fully processed.
Reopened areas: Deliveries and the progressive reactivation of pickup points are resuming in the sectors of Mérignac, Eysines, Le Haillan, Biscarrosse, Sanguinet, and Parentis-en-Born.
Still inaccessible areas: Deliveries and collections remain suspended in sectors strictly closed by the authorities (notably Le Porge, Arès, Lège-Cap-Ferret, Lanton, Lugos, and Audenge). We kindly ask you to continue postponing shipments to these destinations.
Network impacts: The reopening of the A63 motorway is gradually restoring smooth regional traffic flow, although delays are still to be expected.
