Dear Customers,
Due to severe weather conditions and several prefectural decrees (red alert for rain and flooding) in southeastern France, our transport and delivery operations are experiencing disruptions.
Flooding, traffic, and affected areas: Our collection and delivery activities are impacted in the sectors served by our branches in Salon-de-Provence, Nîmes, Montpellier, Marseille, Avignon, Aix-Fuveau, Sainte-Maxime (customer desk currently closed), and Les Arcs. Numerous roads are blocked or impassable. Heightened vigilance is also expected for Var (83) and Alpes-Maritimes (06) depending on weather developments.
Air transport and Corsica service: Due to canceled flight connections, delivery delays are expected for shipments bound for Corsica (particularly the Bastia area).
All our teams are fully mobilized to minimize the impact of these severe weather events.
