Dear customers,
The Olympic Games will be held from 07/26 to 08/11/2024 and the Paralympic Games from 08/28 to 09/08/2024 in France. In this context, Chronopost is deploying exceptional resources to continue ensuring D+1 deliveries throughout the country.
Ahead of the opening ceremony on 07/26/2024, traffic restrictions will be in place in Paris along the Seine from 07/18/2024.
These areas will be inaccessible to motorized vehicles during this period, unless special permission is received.
In order to maintain its activity in the red zones, Chronopost will ensure deliveries and pick-ups by cargo bike.
Dedicated lanes are planned, so traffic is likely to be disturbed, which could lead to delivery and pick-up delays.
