Dear Customers,
Due to the Pope’s visit from September 25 to 28, significant traffic restrictions will cause delivery delays and the temporary suspension of our on-demand pickup services within the secured areas.
Paris and Saint-Denis on September 25 and 26
Strict security perimeters and significant traffic restrictions will be implemented by the Prefecture of Police in the following ZIP codes: 75001, 75004, 75005, 75006, 75007, 75008, 75014, 75016, 75017 (Paris), and 93200 (Saint-Denis).
As a result, our on-demand pickup services will be temporarily suspended within these security zones. More widespread delays in pickup and delivery are to be expected in the inner city areas of Paris, Saint-Denis, and Orly Airport during these two days.
Lourdes, September 27
No deliveries will be made this Saturday in Lourdes and the immediate surrounding area.
Enhanced operations are planned for this Monday to process all postponed deliveries in the area.
Metz, September 28
No deliveries will be made this Monday throughout the Metz metropolitan area. Enhanced operations are planned for this Tuesday and Wednesday to process all postponed deliveries in the area.
However, our teams remain fully mobilized. We have adjusted our transportation plan to minimize these disruptions as much as possible and ensure the best possible service under the current circumstances.
We thank you for your loyalty and understanding.
