Something come up last minute? Predict enables you to reschedule your delivery up to 1 hour before the driver calls or else provide a "safe place" where your parcel can be left safe.

Change the delivery date. Option available the day before delivery and the morning of delivery up to 1 hour before the driver is scheduled to call.
- Opt for delivery to a local pick-up point (Chronopost branch, pick-up point or post office)which is the nearest to the delivery address. Option only available the day before delivery.
- Opt to leave parcels with a neighbor within the immediate vicinity of the delivery address. Option available the day before delivery and the morning of delivery.
- Choose to have parcels left in a "safe place" as per the instructions you provide. Option available the day before delivery and the morning of delivery.
