An “Outsize” additional cost will apply to any parcel that does not comply with the following conditions:

• any parcel weighing more than 30 kg or more than 20 kg for the Chrono Relais service,
• any parcel whose sum of length + 2 heights + 2 widths exceeds 300 cm, or if the length exceeds 150 cm. For Chrono Relais service any parcel whose sum of length + 2 heights + 2 widths exceeds 250 cm, the length must not exceed 100 cm.

A “Non-mechanized” additional cost will apply to any parcel that require manual process, and in particular parcels:

• whose length or diagonal exceeds 110 cm
• whose size is less than 30 cm x 21 cm, or thickness is less than 3 cm or weight is less than 200 g
• with unstable or irregular shapes (sphere, cylinder, roll)
• incorrectly or partially wrapped
• with an overhang element

A “Private home” additional cost will apply when the parcel is delivered to a residential address, which is a "private home" (house or building) that may or may not host a professional or commercial activity (liberal profession, farm ...) but without a reception desk or a delivery dock.

In addition, our driver may determine the application of this additional cost at the time of delivery.
