Are you waiting for a parcel to arrive at your home or business location, but you can't be there ?

If your delivery package is available with Predict services, you have the option to reschedule your delivery to another date or destination.

How do I reschedule my delivery?

To provide your delivery instructions, whether for rescheduling the delivery or to complete the delivery information (delivery to a neighbour, to a safe place), enter your package number, pick-up number in the tracking bar at the top of the page and follow the rescheduling instructions.

If rescheduling instruction is not proposed on the tracking page, it means that your package is not eligible for Predict services to reschedule delivery.
