Installing my thermal printer
If your computer is running Windows and you are using a shipping tool available on the www.chronopost.fr website, the driver for your printer (Generic Text) will be installed automatically. Once the installation is complete, simply go to your Customer Area, under My Profile, then My Settings.
For Print Type, select USB Thermal Printer
For Printer Name, select Generic / Text Only
