Where can I drop-off my parcels or have them collected for shipping ?

You have several options for collecting or depositing your parcels, depending on your profile:

 



→ If you are an individual customer: 

As an individual customer, you can schedule your parcel collection when you purchase your parcels:

With your dedicated E-chrono purchase path, after selecting an offer in step 2, you will be able to find the collection option in the ‘Parcel drop-off’ section.
This gives you the option of ticking "Je souhaite que vous veniez chercher mon colis" Select this option, then define the time slot for collecting your parcels.

If you wish, you can also drop off your parcels at one of our local collection points: 

For your Express parcels (for example: Chrono 10, Chrono 13...), you can drop them off at a Chronopost Post Office or Agency.

For your Shop2Shop parcels, you can drop them off at a Pickup point.

→ If you are using the Chronopost Pro service: 

Thanks to the collection of your parcels, you can take advantage of the passage of a delivery person to collect your parcels at the time you want.
To take advantage of this service, you can reserve a time slot through the Chronopost Pro route or your customer area :

 

  • Schedule collection directly when you purchase your parcels via the Chronopost Pro route

To access the purchase path, go to the "Expedier" section.
You can now purchase your waybills and schedule the collection of your parcels.

At the very bottom of your page, you will find the “Remise de mes colis”.
To schedule your time slot, simply select the “Je fais collecter l’intégralité de mes colis par un livreur” checkbox and choose the collection date and time. 

 

  • Schedule a collection from your customer area 

Once you have logged in to My Customer Area, click on the “Enlever”  tab in the navigation bar and then on the “Réserver un enlèvement”.

If you prefer, you can also drop off your parcels at one of our local drop-off points:

  • Preferred drop-off locations according to your type of parcel

For Express parcels (e.g. Chrono 10, Chrono 13, etc.), you can drop them off at a Chronopost Post Office or Agency.

For Shop2Shop parcels, you can drop them off at a Pickup point

→ If you are a contracted customer: 
 

If you have a contract with Chronopost, you can book a collection for your parcels: 

  • With your Chronopost sales representative to determine the frequency of your collections.
  • From your Customer Area by clicking on “Mes enlèvements” (from the menu), then on “Réservez vos enlèvements”  for occasional collections.


 

What if you don't have a printer?

Print your waybill directly at a post office equipped with a franking machine using your parcel number.

To find a post office with a franking machine, follow these steps:

  1. Locate post offices near you here
  2. Select the post office you want by clicking on  "En savoir plus"
  3. Look in the "Services Courrier colis" section to see if there is a "Espace automates courrier-colis en libre service"

or
 

Print your waybill at a Pickup point that has the E-label service.

To find a Pickup point eligible for the E-label, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in your address here
  2. Select the "Relais Pickup" point type filter, then "E-label"
  3. Find your nearest Pickup Point
