Sending a document or parcel by express delivery online is quick and easy. In just a few minutes, you can get a shipping quote and create your shipping label from the comfort of your home.
With e-label, your shipping label is now digital. There is no need to print it or attach it to your parcel. Simply visit a nearby Pickup point and show the QR code received on your smartphone to send your parcel.

NEW:
When shipping goods internationally or to France’s overseas territories (DOM) by air, it is now prohibited to ship the following items together in the same package:
- Electrical or electronic devices powered by batteries (chargers, mobile phones, etc.)
and - Liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs), such as perfumes, creams, beverages and sprays.
These items must be shipped separately in different parcels.
This new rule does not apply to contract customers who generate their shipping labels on Chronopost.fr.

What Are the Maximum Permitted Weights and Dimensions?
We deliver parcels weighing up to 30 kg worldwide.
- Minimum permitted dimensions: 30 cm × 21 cm, with a minimum thickness of 3 cm, or a minimum weight of 200 grams.
- Maximum permitted dimensions: Length = 150 cm; Length + 2 × Height + 2 × Width = 300 cm (unfolded).
For the Chrono Relais service, the maximum parcel dimensions accepted at Pickup points are:
- Maximum length: 100 cm
- Maximum dimensions: Length + 2 × Height + 2 × Width = 250 cm
- Maximum weight: 20 kg for larger parcels.
How should I prepare my parcel?
Only the shipping label and customs documents (for international shipments) should be attached to the parcel packaging.
The shipping label must be placed inside the document pouch available at Post Offices.
If you prepare your parcel at home and create your shipping label online, print the label and cut the sheet in half. Keep the left-hand section, labelled “Aide mémoire” (Reference Copy). The right-hand section, labelled “Echronopass”, must be attached to your parcel.
