Tracking parcels as a consignor
By sending a Chronopost parcel with one of our offers for business customers or our offers for individual customers, you benefit from free online parcel tracking. It allows you to track the progress of your delivery and locate your shipment before it is delivered.
Our service also allows you to receive notifications regarding the progress of your parcel delivery by providing your email address for tracking.
If you have booked a collection on request, you can track your collection by entering the parcel number in the search bar on the parcel tracking page.
How to track a Chronopost parcel?
Go to our online tracking module or our mobile application and enter your parcel number.
The tracking number is composed of:
- 13 characters: 2 letters + 9 numbers + 2 letters (e.g. XX123456789FR) in France
- or 15 characters for parcels from abroad.
