For deliveries Overseas, Chronopost ships your documents and goods with the same delivery times as with the Chrono Express service. For example, they will arrive in metropolitan France within 3 to 4 days and 1 to 2 days between Overseas Departments.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes and in working days. Delivery times depend on the sender city, the drop-off time in the local depot as well as on the destination custom procedures.
Please consult the country information sheets for more details on each destination.

Chronopost collects your parcels from Monday to Saturday morning at the post office, Chronopost depot or Pickup points for parcels with computerised labels.
For business customers under contract, Saturday collection may be arranged depending on operational and economic feasibility. If feasible, a supplement will be charged for the agreed service.

A notification is sent by e-mail or SMS to the recipient once the parcel is available at the Pickup point.
Your parcel will be held at the Pickup point 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination.
