DELIVERY TIMES

For Europe, the delivery of your documents and goods is carried out within the same timeframes as the Chrono Classic service, varying depending on the destination country. For example, your parcels are delivered in 2 days to Brussels and 2 days to Madrid. For Overseas Territories, Chronopost delivers your documents and goods with the same timeframes as the Chrono Express service. For example, 3 to 4 days from mainland France and 1 to 2 days between Overseas Departments. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and in business days. Delivery times depend on the city of dispatch, the drop-off time at the local office, and customs clearance procedures at the destination. We invite you to consult the country fact sheets for more details by destination.
