This is a package collection service by Chronopost that facilitates sending your parcels on the same day or next day (D or D+1), up to a month in advance, from a personal address or any site within mainland France. Collection is available for the full Chronopost range (1)

ESD: Simplicity and Flexibility

Prepare your parcel and print the shipping label. Refer to the guide "How to Properly Pack My Parcel" if needed

After printing your label, you can request a Chronopost driver to come directly to pick up your parcel

You’ll then need to enter all necessary details for the pickup (pickup address, number of parcels, total weight, volume, etc.)

• For Contracted Professionals on Etape-par-Etape

After printing your shipping labels in the client space on Chronopost.fr, go to the "On-Demand Pickup" tab: simply enter the pickup location address, select the parcels to send, and choose the date and time slot for the driver’s visit

Chronopost Advantage for Contract Clients: Chronopost can handle the printing of shipping labels for contracted professional clients

• For Non-Contracted Individuals and Professionals on E-Chrono

Using the E-Chrono online postage module, after comparing and selecting an offer in Step 2, find the pickup option under "Parcel Drop-Off." You’ll be able to check the "I would like you to pick up my parcel" box. Select this option and define your preferred pickup time slot

With on-demand pickup, you no longer need to visit a Post Office, Chronopost Agency, or Pickup Point to send your parcels and documents: a Chronopost driver will collect them at the address and date of your choice**
