What is Collection on request ?

Chronopost collects your parcels on D or D+1 (and for up to one month) at your personal address or office in metropolitan France. Packet collection is possible with all the offers(1).

No need to wait at a local point of sales or in post offices, Chronopost now collects your parcels where you want!

Your collection requests can be made anywhere in France*. With our tools, it’s so easy!

1-After printing your transport label, you can request a the collection of your package.

Chronopost advantage: The label could be prepared and brought by the Chronopost delivery person during collection - advantage for professional customers under contract. 

2-You will then have to enter all the information necessary to collect your package (pick-up address, number of packages, weight, volume, etc.).
