At Chronopost we know that your private consignees are exacting! More than 92%* of online shoppers placing an online order on Fridays would like their parcels to be delivered at the weekend.
This is why we created the Saturday delivery service. Your customers will then be at home to receive their Chronopost parcels.
Offer parcel deliveries to home address on Saturdays
Chronopost gives you the possibility to deliver parcels to your private consignees from 8am to 10pm, even on Saturdays!
If you drop off your shipment on a Friday or on Thursday, if Friday is a public holiday, you can choose the "Saturday delivery" service so that your private consignee can receive their parcel at their home address on Saturday before 1pm anywhere in metropolitan France with the Chrono 13 offer.
Saturday delivery before 8am, before 9am or before 10am is also available on a list of postal codes, thanks to the Chrono 8, Chrono 9 and Chrono 10 offers.
Chrono Precise lets you offer your consignees delivery by appointment (two-hour time-slot) between 8am and 10pm in Ile-de-France and from 8am to 2pm outside Paris. This service is available on a selection of postal codes covering 76% of the French population.

Sending a parcel on Saturday
Chronopost collects parcels from Monday to Saturday morning from post offices, Chronopost depots and Pickup points for parcels with computerized labels.
For business customers under contract, it is possible to set up a collection on Saturdays on the basis of an operational and economic feasibility study. Should this prove feasible, the agreed service will be subject to a surcharge.
