DELIVERY TIMES
Your parcels are delivered the next day before 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Saturday delivery is available as an option. For some coastal islands, the delivery time may be extended by one day. For Corsica and the day after public holidays, delivery may occur during the day without a guaranteed time.

PARCEL PICKUP
Chronopost handles your parcels from Monday to Saturday morning. Several solutions for professionals:
- Regular scheduled collection or on-demand pickup; the courier collects the parcels from your premises.
- Saturday collection available upon study.
- Drop off parcels at the post office, Chronopost agency, or Pickup point (except for Prêt-à-Expédier).

LOCATION AND HOLDING TIME
In case of the recipient's absence, your parcel will be held for 14 days at the post office or Chronopost agency, or for 7 days at a Pickup point.
In general, the following items cannot be accepted:
- All goods subject to national and international regulations on dangerous goods such as, but not limited to, ammunition, gases, flammable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or corrosive materials, as well as any items that, by their nature or packaging, may pose a danger to handling or transportation personnel, the environment, the safety of transport vehicles, or may damage other transported parcels, vehicles, or third parties;
- Jewelry, watches, precious stones and metals, coins, currencies, banknotes, financial or securities values, payment methods, debt securities or commercial papers, gift vouchers, phone cards or equivalents, and generally any document or other medium that allows fungible payment and/or is subject to the legality of cash transport;
- Animals or living or dead beings, plants, temperature-controlled goods, perishable products or foodstuffs, biological or blood samples, organs, as well as any product subject to excise under suspension of duties;
- All types of weapons, narcotics, psychotropic substances, works of art, art objects, antiques, collectibles, publications or audiovisual media prohibited by any applicable law or regulation;
- Responses to tenders, pre-qualification dossiers for contract awards, application dossiers and exam copies, as well as any prototype.
Internationally, items subject to the above restrictions cannot be accepted, as well as furs and items not admitted for importation into the destination country.
