DELIVERY TIMES
Your documents and goods are delivered the next day before 1 PM or free* anywhere in mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco.
Delivery before 10 AM is available at the time of drop-off at post offices to more than 25,000 postal codes in mainland France. If eligible, the agreed service will be subject to an additional fee. We invite you to consult the list of eligible postal codes for this offer here.
*Delivered the next day before 1 PM in mainland France and Monaco (or before 10 AM as an option), or free in case of delay due to Chronopost, by sending the Sender a discount code equivalent to the purchase value of the product, valid for a future purchase on the website www.chronopost.fr. To claim this, the Sender must register at www.chronopost.fr/satisfait before midnight on the day the Prêt-à-Expédier was dropped off. On the day following public holidays, delivery may occur throughout the day without time commitment. For certain coastal islands, the delivery time may be extended by one day. Parcels collected on Saturday or the day before a public holiday destined for Corsica will be delivered on Tuesday or the second day after the public holiday.

GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE
Your parcels are delivered to and from all of mainland France, including Corsica and Monaco.
PACKAGE PICKUP
The drop-off of Prêt-à-Expédier® is possible from Monday to Saturday morning at post offices or Chronopost agencies.
Chronopost delivers from Monday to Friday. Parcels dropped off on Saturday are processed the following Monday.
LOCATION AND HOLDING TIME
In case the recipient is absent, your parcel will be held for 14 days at the post office or Chronopost agency, or for 7 days at one of the Pickup Points in mainland France.
In general, the following items cannot be accepted:
- All goods subject to national and international regulations on dangerous products such as, but not limited to, ammunition, gases, flammable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or corrosive materials, as well as any objects that, by their nature or packaging, may present a danger to transport or handling personnel, the environment, the safety of transport vehicles, or may damage other transported parcels, vehicles, or third parties;
- Jewelry, watches, precious stones and metals, currencies, banknotes, financial or securities instruments, payment methods, debt instruments or commercial papers, gift vouchers, phone cards or equivalents, as well as any document or medium allowing for a fungible payment and/or subject to the legality of transporting funds;
- Living or dead animals, plants, temperature-controlled goods, perishable products or foodstuffs, biological or blood samples, organs, as well as any excise goods under suspension of duties;
- All types of weapons, narcotics, psychotropic substances, works of art, artifacts, antiques, collectibles, publications or audiovisual media prohibited by any applicable law or regulation;
- Responses to calls for tender, pre-qualification files for contract awards, application files and exam copies, as well as any prototype.
Internationally, items subject to the above restrictions, as well as furs and items not admitted for import into the destination country, cannot be accepted.
